At NCR, I worked for the DevEx (Developer Experience) team. Earlier, onboarding customer information to NCR's backend was a manual process that took about 1 week to complete with the help of tickets in the SCRUM system. My intern team designed and implemented an API that eliminated manual customer information transformation, resulting in a 10x faster onboarding process.

We also developed a solution to enable NCR Marketplace's sites to be validated against various tax services, enhancing the user experience.

Throughout the internship, I led refinement sessions and introduced gamification for intern engineers, enhancing sprint productivity by 25%. I also increased the code coverage alongside the DevEx team for the enterprise level code base by 5%.
